Services

Freaky Deke Coaching provides fitness and bodybuilding coaching, which may include individualized exercise programming, general nutrition education and meal-structure guidance, supplementation education, progress check-ins, accountability, posing instruction, and reasonable plan adjustments. Lifestyle Coaching is currently $100 per month, Competition Coaching is currently $200 per month, and standalone one-hour posing sessions are currently $20. Posing is included with Competition Coaching.

Month-to-month service

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, coaching is provided on a month-to-month basis. If recurring billing is introduced, the amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before payment and require the client’s consent. Coaching continues until canceled under the Cancellation Policy.

Client responsibilities

Clients must be at least 18 years old, provide complete and accurate information, disclose relevant health conditions and limitations, communicate changes promptly, complete check-ins honestly, use proper judgment, and seek qualified medical care when appropriate. Clients remain responsible for deciding whether to perform any exercise, follow dietary guidance, or use any supplement.

Communication and adjustments

Plans and adjustments are based on the information the client provides. Response times, check-in schedules, and communication methods may be established during onboarding. Missed check-ins or delayed responses from the client do not pause or extend the paid coaching period.

No guaranteed results

Individual outcomes vary based on health status, genetics, experience, adherence, effort, recovery, stress, medications, and other factors. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise that another client will achieve the same outcome. No specific weight loss, muscle gain, competition placing, health improvement, or timeframe is guaranteed.

Intellectual property and conduct

Training plans, educational materials, check-in systems, and other coaching content are provided for the enrolled client’s personal use. They may not be sold, published, copied for others, or redistributed without written permission. Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, deliberate misuse of services, or repeated failure to follow essential safety instructions may result in termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without limiting any nonwaivable consumer rights that apply in a client’s state or jurisdiction.

Clients may cancel coaching at any time by emailing iron-4-life@hotmail.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least seven calendar days before the next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge.

• Cancellation stops future renewal and billing; it does not retroactively cancel the current paid month.
• Coaching access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless services are terminated for safety concerns or serious misconduct.
• Requests received fewer than seven days before the billing date may take effect after the next monthly payment.
• Missed check-ins, travel, scheduling conflicts, nonparticipation, or failure to use coaching do not pause billing or extend the coaching month.
• Competition clients who withdraw from a prep should provide notice as early as possible.

If enrollment and recurring payment occur online, clients will be provided an online or email-based cancellation method that does not require additional information beyond what is reasonably necessary to identify the account.

Monthly coaching payments are nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

• No partial-month or prorated refunds are provided.
• No refund is provided for missed check-ins, lack of participation, changed goals, failure to follow the plan, or dissatisfaction with results that were never guaranteed.
• If Freaky Deke Coaching cancels before providing any services for a paid period, the unused payment will be refunded.
• Duplicate payments or verified billing errors will be corrected.
• Any discretionary exception does not create an obligation to grant the same exception in the future.

Not medical care

Freaky Deke Coaching provides fitness education and general wellness guidance. Services are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or medical nutrition therapy. Coaching does not replace advice from a physician, registered dietitian, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

Medical clearance and disclosure

Clients should obtain medical clearance before beginning or materially changing an exercise, diet, weight-loss, bodybuilding, or supplementation program. Clients must disclose known injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, medications, and adverse reactions that may affect safe participation. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of coaching content.

Exercise and nutrition risks

Exercise and dietary changes carry risks, including injury, illness, fatigue, dizziness, fainting, abnormal blood pressure or heart rate, and aggravation of an existing condition. Stop activity and seek appropriate medical attention for chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, severe dizziness, unusual heart symptoms, or other concerning symptoms. In an emergency, call 911.

Supplementation

Supplement information is educational and optional. Supplements may cause side effects, contain allergens or prohibited substances, vary in quality, or interact with medications and health conditions. Clients should discuss all supplements with a physician or pharmacist before use. Freaky Deke Coaching does not manufacture supplements and does not warrant their safety, purity, legality, or effectiveness. No supplement is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Competition considerations

Competition preparation can place substantial demands on physical and mental health. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical supervision and understanding the rules and drug-testing requirements of their chosen federation. Freaky Deke Coaching does not advise or require illegal drug use.

Information collected

The website may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, coaching interest, goals, message, and subsequent coaching communications. Payment, scheduling, hosting, email, and analytics providers may collect additional information under their own privacy policies when those services are added or used.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to consultation requests, evaluate coaching fit, provide and improve coaching services, maintain business records, process payments, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Freaky Deke Coaching does not sell personal information.

Health information

Do not submit detailed diagnoses, medical records, government identification numbers, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the public consultation form. Coaching records are not represented as HIPAA-covered medical records.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with vendors that help operate the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, payment, file storage, and analytics providers; with professional advisers; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, or prevent fraud. Providers should receive only information reasonably necessary for their function.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information maintained by Freaky Deke Coaching, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw from marketing communications at any time. Privacy rights may vary by location.
